Andrea Kalorkoti

Andrea is a Senior Manager at the Corporate Services Department of Baker Tilly Cyprus – Baker Tilly Corporate Services Limited.

She obtained her undergraduate law degree (LLB) in 2010 and her postgraduate MSc in Criminology in 2011 from the University of Leicester.

She practiced law at a leading law firm regulated by the Cyprus Bar Association for 12 years, her focus being corporate law, litigation, maritime law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, and immigration.  

Andrea specialized in corporate law, commercial and financing transactions, legal drafting, mergers, redomiciliations, liquidations, share capital alterations, structuring and re-structuring transactions, shareholder agreements, regulatory and compliance matters and have experience in maritime law and immigration, both local and offshore jurisdiction statutory and legal requirements and compliance procedures and I am fully acquainted with complex multi-national structures, trusts, partnerships and foundations.
