In relation to the above subject matter and further to the relevant CYFA announcement sent on 21/11/2023 (see below), we are pleased to inform that an extension for filing the UBO information up to the 29/02/2024 has been provided. Please note that this applies only to those companies that have complied with filing obligations during the interim solution. The Official Gazette publication (15/12/2023) is attached for your reference. A Registrar’s announcement in this regard should also be issued soon. CYFA will keep you updated on any further updates and/or other official announcements.
