Please be informed that the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property has issued on the 22-07-2024 an announcement informing all companies that have not yet proceeded to update the Register of Beneficial Owners to take immediate action to do so. As stated in the relevant announcement any failure or delay in updating will result in financial charges as specified in the relevant Directive.
