The Association would like to inform its members that the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission has issued on the 10th May 2022 Circular C511 with regards to the EU Council’s Restrictive Measures against Russia due to its military aggression against Ukraine – Existing Trusts and/or Existing Similar Legal Arrangements.
