- The Association would like to bring to the attention of its members that in relation to CySEC Circular C649 released 28/06/2024 (ASP’s Quarterly Statistics – attached) the indicated deadline for the submission of the Form via CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’) is by Monday, July 29, 2024, the latest and not the 31st July 2024 (the usual one month deadline after the end of each quarter). As indicated in the Circular failure to promptly and duly comply with the above will bear the administrative penalties of section 37(5) of the CySEC Law. It is further noted that CySEC will not send any reminders to those ASPs which fail to comply promptly and duly.
