CYFA would like to inform its members that following the recent call of the Ministry of Finance for Public Consultation regarding the enactment of a Law for establishing a framework for the screening of foreign direct investments for the purpose of applying specific provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019/452 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2019, the Association has proceeded to submit relevant comments on the proposed Law.
