George Ayiomamitis

George is the Managing Director of Sovereign Group’s office in Cyprus, as well as heading the Business Development department. He is a full member (TEP) of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, through which he has undertaken the Certificate and Diplomas in International Trust Management.

Since he joined Sovereign Group back in 2012, George has managed to build a respectable diverse portfolio of both international clients as well as professional intermediaries. Being part of the Group for the last 10 years, George has been specialising in the formation and management of new corporate structures in Cyprus as well as across all major jurisdictions, along with the provision of the necessary support to assist companies of all sizes to establish and sustain operations successfully. In addition, he has been focusing in the provision of wealth protection, property ownership structuring, residence and immigration, tax, succession planning and trustee services to internationally mobile families and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining Sovereign, senior positions in the Real Estate and Insurance sectors were held.
