Antonis Pantechis

Antonis Pantechis is a Senior Associate with the Corporate Finance department of Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC and the Head of Corporate Administration Services of Pagecorp Group. He holds a Law Degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Degree in International Commercial and Shipping from the University of Hertfordshire, and he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2013. Antonis has wide-ranging expertise in corporate and commercial law and he advises both local and international high-profile clients in matters related to the formation of companies in Cyprus and abroad, administration, and banking-related matters. 

As the Head of the Corporate Administration Services of Pagecorp Group, he is actively following the developments in the fiduciary industry and is directly involved in implementing the ever-changing rules and regulations. Antonis has extensive first-hand experience in handling the challenges of the industry.
