The Association would like to bring to your attention you that the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property has issued an Announcement dated 25th August 2025 informing all companies incorporated or registered under the Companies Law, Cap. 113, all European Public Limited Companies (SEs), and all Partnerships (hereinafter referred to as “Organizations”), of the requirement to access the Beneficial Ownership Resister (BOR) system between 1st October 2025 and 31st December 2025, in order to proceed with the confirmation of the details of their Beneficial Owners (BOs) or Senior Management Officials (SMOs) or to apply due diligence (as applicable in each case).
