The Association would like to inform its members that the Ministry of Energy, Commerce & Industry is proceeding with the preparation of a competitiveness study aiming to design a strategy as well as an action plan for the effective promotion of professional services abroad. Within this framework, please note that our Association is actively engaged in the relevant consultation process and CYFA representatives have on Friday the 28th June 2024 participated in the first consultation meeting between the relevant government officials and key industry stakeholders. During the meeting the Association had the opportunity to exchange initial views and ideas on the current professional sector competitiveness status and specifically on the challenges and opportunities faced by the industry. The study is expected to materialise by early 2025 and the Association will continue to collaborate with all industry stakeholders with the aim to best promote our services and ensure the viability of our industry.
