The Association would like to notify its members of the latest Ministry of Finance Announcement dated 16/04/2024 regarding the introduction of new reporting obligations of the 12th set of restrictive measures – new article (5r) of Regulation 833/2014 – European Commission guidance dated 12/04/2024.
