We would like to inform that Association representatives met on Wednesday, 10th September 2025 with the Registrar of Companies.
During the meeting we had the opportunity to exchange views on latest industry developments and on how the overall framework can be improved for the benefit of industry, focusing in particular on the upcoming modernisation of the Registrar’s systems and how daily operations can become more effective. At the same time the Registrar expressed the department’s willingness to further improve relevant processes. In addition it was agreed that frequent meetings will be organised so that industry concerns are communicated effectively.
