We would like to inform all members that the Registrar of Companies has issued on the 25th September an announcement inviting obliged entities to enter the system of the Register of Beneficial Beneficiaries (BBE) from 1 October 2024 until 31 December 2024 and confirm the details of the beneficial owners or senior management or due (as applicable in any case). As per the announcement following the lapse of the indicated deadline, obliged entities will be subject to fines as per the provisions of the law.
